Amazing Transformation

Jon just sent me an email with before and after images of a picture he touched up at work. The "after" result was so amazingly different than the original picture that I just had to post them so you could all see. This is just one type of thing Jon does at his job:

Independence Day!

We had a party yesterday to celebrate the 4th of July. Here are just a few pictures:

The guys played bocce ball for a long time. They went all the way around the yard.


Kassia, Shawna and I sat in the hot tub while the guys played bocce ball, then we sat outside the pool and watched the guys swimming - the big pool was too cold for us :)



Jon broke the diving board... it was on it's last let anyway. Everytime one of the guys would jump off it we could hear a crack - I'm suprised it didn't break sooner than it did.


We had lots of yummy food. Jon grilled up chicken, hot dogs and shrimp.

At the end of the night we did fireworks. Here's two good pics of them. Shawna is holding a roman candle that shoots out balls of colorful fireworks. Jon's just about to throw the one he has in his hand.



It was a muggy overcast day but we managed to have a lot of fun anyway :). Happy belated Independance day everyone!
